1. Who we are

Austral Capital ("Austral", "we") is an independent M&A, corporate finance and strategic advisory firm based in Santiago, Chile (Av. El Bosque Norte 0123, Office 601, Las Condes). For any privacy matter, contact us at [email protected].

2. What this website does — and does not — collect

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and no newsletter, and Austral does not itself set cookies or run analytics or advertising trackers on it. Our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly technical cookies required for security and traffic management of the site; Austral does not use them to identify or track visitors, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. We do not sell personal data.

3. E-mail correspondence

If you write to [email protected], we will process the personal data you choose to include (your name, e-mail address and the content of your message) to respond to you and, where applicable, to evaluate or conduct a professional engagement. Our e-mail is operated on Google Workspace. We retain correspondence according to Austral's internal operational criteria.

4. Technical data processed by our hosting provider

The site is served through Cloudflare's content delivery network. Like any web infrastructure provider, Cloudflare processes connection metadata (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Austral does not use this data to identify visitors.

5. Third-party links

The site contains links to third-party services such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. International transfers

Our service providers operate global infrastructure: technical connection data is processed by Cloudflare, and the personal data contained in e-mail correspondence with Austral is processed through Google Workspace. In both cases, data may be processed outside Chile.

7. Your rights

Chilean data protection law applies: Law No. 19,628, currently in force, grants rights of access, rectification, cancellation and blocking; as of December 1, 2026, Law No. 21,719 enters into force and updates this framework (including rights such as objection and portability and a new supervisory authority).

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version will always be available on this page with its date.
